Informational purpose only

Content on this website is for general educational and informational purposes about the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in California. It is not medical advice, not legal advice, and not a guarantee of benefits, cost, or enrollment.

Eligibility & enrollment

Final eligibility for PACE is determined by the PACE organization and the State of California, not by this website or agency alone. Availability depends on ZIP code and program service area. Submitting a form or speaking with an agent does not enroll you in PACE and does not guarantee that a particular organization will accept an application.

Independent agency; partners

This agency does not offer every PACE organization available in every California ZIP code. It currently works with WelbeHealth, SCAN / myPlace Health, and InnovAge. For the official statewide directory, see DHCS and CalPACE. Guidance is at no cost to families; if enrollment occurs through this agency with a partner organization, the agency may be compensated by that organization.

No warranties

The site is provided “as is.” We strive for accuracy using publicly available CMS, DHCS, and related sources, but information may change. Official program rules and partner materials control.

Intellectual property

Site design, branding, and original text are owned by Syndicated Insurance Agency, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without permission. You may share links to public pages.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Syndicated Insurance Agency, LLC and its principals are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for claims relating to the site is limited to fifty U.S. dollars ($50) or the amount you paid us (if any) for site access—whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those limits may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in California shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the site, except where prohibited.
