Why PACE
In 30+ years working with California seniors and their adult children, I've watched too many families face an impossible choice — keep mom or dad at home without enough support, or move them into a nursing facility too soon. The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly was designed exactly for that in-between, and most families don't know it exists. WelbeHealth, our beta partner, runs PACE programs across 13 California regions and 447 ZIP codes.
What you can expect from me
When you submit a request on this site, you talk to me directly — not a call center. We have a short, no-pressure conversation. If PACE looks like a fit for your situation, I complete the WelbeHealth referral with you over the phone and submit it on your behalf as your referring agent. If PACE isn't a fit (you're under 55, outside a service area, or your situation doesn't match), I'll tell you that honestly, and we can talk about whether a Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, or Dual-Special-Needs plan might serve you better instead.
